Planning a wedding has a certain amount of serious activities, but it also offers a few opportunities to celebrate. When celebrating you’ll be responsible if you plan ahead and schedule Transportation to and from your destination. You’ll want the safety of the wedding party, whether celebrating at the Bachelor/Bachelorette party or the wedding dance, to be uppermost in your mind. In addition, you may want to provide Transportation to and from the church and Reception Hall.
You may want to ask the following questions when selecting your Transportation provider: 1) How much per hour do you charge? 2) How much is the down payment and when is the final payment due? 3) What is the charge for exceeding the guaranteed rate? 4) What alcohol policy do they have? 5) Is there a maximum number of occupants per vehicle? 6) Is there a maximum number of miles, or is the charge by the hour? 7) What is their cancellation/refund policy?
